Meet Our Team
Eileen Power DePaula M.Ed., M.Ac. Lic.Ac., Owner & Clinical Director
In practice since 1995, Eileen has spent over 27 years specializing in women’s health with a particular focus on improving diet and lifestyle patterns to inspire people to feel happier, healthier and more engaged in life. She is particularly passionate about hormone balancing, fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, chronic and acute pain, menopause, autoimmune, stress and anxiety disorders.
Eileen is certified in the Becoming Mama Program, which she strongly recommends her fertility patients participate in to both educate themselves and to support the work that we do in the clinic. It is a comprehensive, 10 day program which educates you and guides you towards conception success! (see fertility page for more and a $100 discount on the program)
Eileen’s interest in health, and particularly alternative medicine, began when she was a child. She has always been drawn to nature and its ability to self-correct. She found her way to Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine by having to navigate some physical injuries and immune issues in her 20’s and 30’s. After numerous medical visits, which yielded little to no help, she sought the help of an acupuncturist who was able to turn her situation around. It was then that she knew that she wanted to study this medicine and be able to help others find their way back to health. She has dedicated her entire career to this endeavor. Her passion about health drives her to continue to study and train in supportive therapies so that she can approach things from a variety of perspectives.
She treats fertility issues, a variety of gynecological conditions, acute and chronic pain, prenatal and postpartum issues, stress and anxiety disorders, autoimmune disease, orthopedics, and pain conditions. She also works with new moms and their children to provide support with digestive disorders, respiratory illness, and other health issues that might arise in both mom and child.
Eileen has been running both Root & Branch and a number of other Chiropractic and multidisciplinary practices for 35 years. She also taught the practice management class at the New England School of Acupuncture for 3 years and continues to provide business coaching for new practitioners and those looking to expand and improve their management systems.

Dr. Kelsey Mott, ND, RN
Naturopathic Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy,
Flower Essence Consults
After working in the hospital as a registered nurse for a number of years, Kelsey saw patients coming in for the same conditions again and again, with little change in their lifestyle or overall health. The root cause of their illness was often not being addressed, and it made her realize that we could be doing a lot more to treat and support our patients. After searching for a program that aligned with her desire to help patients in both conventional and alternative systems of medicine, Kelsey enrolled in the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University. That education and commitment to lifelong learning continue to support the lessons Kelsey learned working in a high-intensity hospital environment -- that lifestyle and stress management are vital to our overall health.
Kelsey enjoys working with patients in a holistic manner to create lasting change, starting with the foundations of health. Together, working to identify obstacles, treat underlying causes, and, as needed, make direct interventions. Kelsey wants to use her practice to offer up a moment of peace amidst the modern epidemic of high-stress living.
Passionate about: mindfulness and stress management, lifestyle & preventative medicine, craniosacral therapy, aligning mind, body and spirit, detoxification, knitting as a form of healing and mental health.
“I am passionate about helping others cultivate the skills to increase resilience and create sustainable change in their daily lives.”
