Lic.Ac. – has been practicing Acupuncture since 1995, is licensed by the Board of Medicine in Massachusetts, and is recognized as a Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).  She was a massage therapist for 10 years prior to starting her acupuncture practice, and holds a BS in Clinical Nutrition from the University Of New Hampshire, an M.Ed. in Health Education from Boston University, and completed a 60 hour training in Integrative Coaching through the Wisdom of The Whole Coaching Academy. Eileen was on the faculty at The New England School of Acupuncture for several years.  She continues to further her knowledge by ongoing trainings in the use of Essential Oils with acupuncture with Michelle Buchanan.  Her current interests include the study of methyl genetic nutrition, methylation disorders and genetic testing to help find targeted approaches to improving health.

Originally from Manhasset, NY, Eileen found her way to Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine by having to navigate some difficult health and immune issues in her 20’s.  After numerous medical visits which yielded little to no help, she sought the help of an acupuncturist who was able to turn her situation around.  It was then that she knew that she wanted to study this medicine and be able to help others find their way back to health.  She has dedicated her entire career to this endeavor, and continues to study and train in supportive therapies so that she can approach things from a variety of perspectives.

Eileen has spent over 25 years specializing in women’s health with a particular focus on gynecology, acute and chronic pain, prenatal and postpartum, stress and anxiety disorders, autoimmune disease, orthopedics, and adjunctive cancer treatment.  She also works with new moms and their children to provide support with digestive disorders, respiratory illness, and other health issues that might arise in both mom and child.
